Amid an atmosphere of understated luxury, each course unfolds as a dialogue between cuisine and Champagne, pairing seasonal compositions with exceptional selections from this storied Champagne House.
The evening’s centerpiece: the 2018 Billecart-Salmon 250th Anniversary Cuvée, a rare Brut crafted exclusively for the U.S. market in honor of America’s semiquincentennial.
Founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Ay, France, through the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elizabeth Salmon, Billecart-Salmon remains family-owned seven generations later under Mathieu Roland-Billecart. Prized by sommeliers worldwide, its cuvées are celebrated for finesse over force — a signature elegance mirrored in every course of this evening. $250 per person, inclusive of tax and service.
