Named after the Kaiken—a wild goose that regularly migrates over the Andes between Chile and Argentina—the winery was founded in 2002 by the legendary Aurelio Montes.

His vision was to bring classic precision to the raw, high-altitude potential of Mendoza. Over the last two decades, Kaiken has evolved from a bold cross-border experiment into a cornerstone of South American viticulture, known for producing wines that balance power with an unmistakable elegance and soul.

Through three curated flights, Ana will guide us through the diverse landscapes that define the Kaiken portfolio.
