Since 1997, Bern’s Winefest has been the main fundraising event for the Bern Laxer Memorial Scholarship. The Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C•CAP) selection process awards funds to individuals from the state of Florida for culinary and job skills training in food and hospitality.
