Beautiful Rind On The Road: Beer & Cheese With Midwest Coast Brewing

Beer, cheese, rooftop, and a good time.... join Beautiful Rind at Midwest Coast Brewery as we collaborate on a great session of pairing beer and cheese. Midwest Coast's brewer and one of Beautiful Rind's ACS Certified Cheese Professionals will lead you through a tasting of 5 great beers paired up with 5 cheeses curated by Beautiful Rind. We'll give you a whole new appreciation for the delicious world of beer and how great it pairs up with cheese. They will also answer all your questions about beer, cheese, and pairing them up.

As a bonus, Midwest Coast Brewing is dog friendly! You can finally bring your dog to a Beautiful Rind cheese tasting!!

Please note this class is hosted at Midwest Coast Brewery, on the convertible roof top, 2137 W Walnut Street, Chicago. To help us start the tasting on time, please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the class. This event lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
