Step into the heart of the Cape Winelands for one unforgettable evening. This is your chance to experience Beau Joubert—an American-owned South African winery rarely poured this far from home—paired course by course with a menu built to make every sip sing.
Beau Joubert’s story begins in 1695 on a historic wine farm in Stellenbosch, South Africa. In the late 1700s, French Huguenot descendant Dirk Daniel Joubert bought the land, and five Joubert generations have shaped it since. At the turn of the millennium, a spirited American–South African partnership gave the winery new life. Today, grapes are sourced from some of the Cape’s finest vineyards and crafted alongside award-winning winemaker Catherine Marshall, ensuring exceptional wines for years to come.
Here’s what makes this night truly special: Andrew Hilliard will be right here at the table with you. A Green Bay, Wisconsin native, Andrew fell hard for the grandeur of the Cape on his very first visit—so much so that he eventually took full ownership of Beau Joubert. He’ll personally guide you through each pour, sharing the passion and stories behind every bottle.
