Join us for a relaxed, French-inspired tasting built around one of the most iconic pairings there is: cheese and wine.

For this experience, we’re bringing together four cheeses and four wines, thoughtfully paired to highlight how beautifully the two can work together. Each pairing is inspired by classic French traditions and the idea of terroir, where what grows together belongs together.

This is an easygoing tasting designed to let you explore, compare, and enjoy at your own pace.

Expect a mix of textures and styles, from bright and fresh to rich and structured, all designed to show how pairing can completely transform both the wine and the cheese.

Flight will feature a selection 4 of the following (Tentative/based on availability):

Loire: Selles Sur Cher | Sauvignon Blanc

Alsace: Petite Munster | Orange Gewurtz OR Bourgogne: Brillant Saverin and Pinot Noir 

Bourgogne-Franche-Comté: Morbier | Pinot Noir Reserve

Bourdeaux: Cantal or Cantalet | Grand Mélange 

Rhone: Beaufort and Rocks Syrah

Menus and pairings are subject to change as we continue refining the experience, but the intention stays the same: a simple, delicious way to celebrate Bastille Day with great wine, great cheese, and a really good atmosphere.
