Appellation St. Helena (ASH) presents bASH 2026, a signature Napa Valley wine and food pairing competition, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 6:00–8:30 PM.

Held in the historic barrel room at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, bASH is one of the most anticipated things to do in Napa Valley for wine lovers and food enthusiasts. This immersive St. Helena wine tasting event features wines from 22+ Appellation St. Helena wineries, each paired with a savory bite prepared by CIA “Rising Star” culinary students.

Guests are invited to be part of the experience. Taste wine and food pairings at individual stations, sip and savor at your own pace, and use provided tokens to vote for your favorite pairings. Awards will be presented to the top three student teams and the People’s Choice Best Pairing, chosen by attendees.
