Join Fairsing for a weekend with an optional “Barrel-Select” flight showcasing a few of our finest wine selections.

Wines featured include the 2023 Vintage Sparkling Brut, the 2021 McCarthy Chardonnay (a barrel-select wine from the Matriarch Series), and the barrel-select 2019 Fáinne Pinot Noir and 2022 Fáinne Pinot Noir.

With limited production, Fairsing’s barrel-select offerings are perennial favorites among our Wine Club members and collectors.

The Barrel-Select flight ($35) and Fairsing’s Signature wine flight ($30) will be available Saturday and Sunday, September 19-20.

To complement either wine flight, savor the new Select Cheese Board featuring specially curated offerings by Cowbell Cheese (Portland). Enjoy a Robiolina (Piemonte, Italy), Valançay (Loire Valley, France), Scholossberger (Bern, Chile), and Cumberland (Sequatchie, Tennessee).

Slices of "Mountaineer” chocolate salami are included with the Select Cheese Board. This sweet confection by Oregon's own Badelia’s Uncommon Confections combines chocolate, nuts, and cookie crumbs with candied orange peel, ginger, and hazelnut liqueur. Fairsing Vineyard offers a variety of Badelia’s confections for retail in our tasting room.
