Take a deep dive into one of the world of and uses for Chartreuse. Head bartender Hector walks you through this colorful spirit - providing tastes of this bar staple, plus the myriad ways it can be used. We'll explore several cocktails and how to make a great drinks at home from the same bottles. You'll taste your way through a few different versions and because drinks are always better with snacks, we'll provide some nibbles during the Lab.

Ticket is $80/person plus tax and service.
