Join us for a special collaboration between Bryan Donovan of Philadelphia’s Banshee and Callan Buckles of Charlotte’s Rada, featuring a 7 course tasting menu blending the two restaurant’s distinct styles.
Both chefs are alumni of The Four Horsemen in Brooklyn; Callan has also cooked at New York City standouts Claud, Penny, and Momofuku, while Bryan’s background includes the acclaimed Contra and Wildair.
Alongside Banshee’s signature cocktails, the evening will also feature specials from James Beard® Award-nominated and MICHELIN award-winning mixologist Colleen Hughes.
Guests can expect an exciting dinner of contemporary, European-inspired small plates and craft cocktails.
