Bake Around the World: Global Sweets Day-Off Camp

Pack your aprons and passports for a full day of baking and adventure! In our Bake Around the World day-off camp, young bakers will explore international flavors and techniques while creating delicious treats from across the globe — all while learning real baking skills in a fun, welcoming environment.

Campers will work in teams of two for baking, building collaboration and confidence, but each child will decorate and finish their own projects so every creation reflects their personal style. Every baker goes home with everything they make!

On the menu:
Alfajores tender sandwich cookies filled with creamy dulce de leche and finished with a delicate coating.
Macarons learning piping, shell techniques, and filling these classic French confections.
Mochi soft, chewy rice-flour treats shaped and filled with sweet surprises.

We’ll cover baking basics, international techniques, and plenty of hands-on creativity — no experience needed.

• Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• ⏰ Optional Extended Care: 4:00 – 5:30 PM for an additional $25
• All projects go home (come prepared with space in your fridge!)
• ‍ Small groups for lots of individual attention
