We’re taking it Back to the Classics, revisiting the drinks that built the cocktail world and the riffs they’ve inspired. Some sessions will feature original recipes alongside modern interpretations, while others will explore four classic cocktails reimagined with a contemporary twist.

In May, it's shaken, not stirred. A martini-focused class exploring the classic build and a few thoughtful variations.
