Chef Azalina is known for her bold, soulful approach to Malaysian cuisine, with dishes like Hainanese chicken rice, mee hailam noodles, and delicate serabai pancakes, presented through her acclaimed tasting menus. Her cooking reflects her heritage as a fifth-generation Malaysian street vendor, blending tradition with creative, modern expression.
Adam Mesnick has been mastering the art of deli cuisine in the Bay Area for over 15 years. At Deli Board, he’s celebrated for his craft in sandwiches, hearty soups, and inventive deli creations, all made with attention to flavor, balance, and quality ingredients. His dishes reflect a playful mastery of comfort and technique, elevating classic deli favorites into culinary experiences.
Together, they’ll craft a multi-course dinner where Malaysian spice meets deli expertise.
