Established in 1914 when Louis Chenu acquired its initial plot of land, Domaine Louis Chenu Père & Filles is a classic family-operated estate located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, within the renowned Côte de Beaune subregion of Burgundy, France. Today, the domaine is led by fifth-generation sisters Caroline and Juliette Chenu, who continue the estate's rich winemaking heritage. Across their vineyards, the domaine employs traditional, minimal-intervention practices and organic farming methods designed to respect the environment and showcase the unique terroir of Savigny-lès-Beaune.

Chef Bjorn has designed a thoughtful, seasonal four-course menu expertly crafted to complement each pairing for a wonderful night of wine and food.
