Artistic Sourdough : Fairy Pumpkins

Join The Sourdough Mama at Venissimo Cheese in Del Mar for a morning full of artistic sourdough scoring magic as you create a beautiful fairy pumpkin sourdough design to take home and bake. During our time together, you will learn the fundamental principles of sourdough scoring and discover tips to improve your skills. Each participant will learn how to decorate and score their very own sourdough loaf to take home and bake. Participants will also receive The Sourdough Mama’s Artistic Scoring Ebook and gain access to The Sourdough Mama Facebook group. A delicious & curated cheese plate will be served alongside sparkling wine- cheers!

Please note: You will want to plan to bake your dough shortly after the class and will need oven access.
