Inspired by their nearly one-month residency in Buenos Aires and Mendoza, the Sahis became nothing short of obsessed with—smoke, fire, and bold flavors straight off the grill
Chef Justin Monson has curated a beautiful multi-course culinary experience: Expect a proper Argentine-style asado: live-fire cooking on the Santa Maria grill, multiple proteins carved and served fresh, and wines chosen to elevate every course (not just “match” it). This is a one-night-only celebration leading into the Spring Member Release—equal parts relaxed and unforgettable.
