Local Event
Some travel to the French Alps for the powdery snow and thrills of the mountain, but we are much more interested in the food and beverage enjoyed by the fire after a long day of chilly activities. At Josephine, we have a great appreciation for the smooth, high elevation cheeses and wines that we source from this world-class ski location. As we wind down the winter months and enter spring, we wanted to take one last taste of this Alpine match.
Join us for a casual seated wine class where we will taste six French Alpine wines paired with some of our favorite French Alpine cheeses while discussing how to best pair the two with our Lead Sommelier (and cheese enthusiast), Kate Miller!
