Our Mixologists spend the morning rummaging for local produce, herbs, and botanicals from the Farmer's Market for each Academy.

Your instructor will lead you into the history, mystery and birth of the classic cocktail during the Prohibition Era (1919-1933) while experimenting with Early American cocktails like the Sazerac, French 75 and Aviation. Learn proper cocktail technique with a complete set of bar tools at your disposal. You will create 4 cocktails with guidance from one of our seasoned mixologists. Upon class completion, each guest has the opportunity to purchase our full service mixology tool kit to recreate cocktails at home. The cocktail menu with specs is provided for future reference.
