This year's dinner features Tourmaline NYC with Executive Chef & Co-Owner Yvan Lemoine, a James Beard Foundation semi-finalist for Best Chef: New York State. After years working alongside some of the most decorated chefs in America, he and his wife Rebecca Sussman opened Tourmaline, and after a banner first year running their restaurant in Forest Hills Queens, they are taking over the Lahoma Vineyard farmhouse for one night only. 

Pouring alongside them is Tourmaline's Wine Director Nicole Muscari, a WSET Level 4 Diploma holder and French Wine Scholar with highest honors, and just as importantly, a dear friend who has supported what we've been up to here at Apollo's Praise since the beginning. You may know her as @grapechic and for her incredible support of New York wines.
