Apollo's Praise Winemaker Dinner At Avec!

One of the most talked about new American wineries isn’t in California, Oregon or Washington. The exciting artisan wines from Apollo's Praise hail from the Finger Lakes region of New York, and we're thrilled to host owner/winemaker Kelby Russell for a special multi-course wine dinner!

Join us on Wednesday, April 22nd as we welcome Kelby for a lovely evening featuring his Seneca Lake wines, paired beautifully by the team at Avec River North. Named after a musical piece Kelby performed while studying orchestra management at Harvard, Apollo’s Praise is the most complete and exciting Finger Lakes project we’ve ever tasted. Along with his wife Julia, Kelby produced their first vintage just three years ago, where they made 1800 cases and sold out immediately. This past year, the couple earned serious critical praise, and were included on "Best Of" lists from Decanter, James Suckling and Vinous, not to mention major touting by our tasting crew!

The evening promises to be lively and pleasure filled, not to mention delicious and eye-opening - these wines are not only exceptional, they are absurd values! Don't miss this wonderful night!
