We are delighted to welcome Macallan to Per Se Restaurant in celebration of a longstanding partnership with one of the world’s most revered single malt whiskies, an enduring presence on our bar. The evening will begin with a Macallan cocktail, followed by a seated dinner featuring curated Macallan flights introduced by The Macallan team members. The menu will be designed by Chef Chad Palagi and Chef Elaine Smyth, thoughtfully inspired by the Scottish heritage of The Macallan.
