Join Maison BARNES for an exceptional evening with Laurent-Perrier, featuring the unveiling of Grand Siècle Iteration N°27 in avant-première, marking its official U.S. launch.

Guided by Cellar Master Olivier Vigneron, on the occasion of one of his rare visits to the United States, alongside Oenologist Constance Delaire, this intimate dinner offers a unique opportunity to explore the House’s pursuit of perfection through the art of blending.

The evening will highlight a selection of rare and not yet commercially available cuvées, including the newly unveiled Grand Siècle Iteration N°27.

The experience will be paired with a refined three-course menu by Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Romain Paumier.

Hosted in the private Salon Madeleine at Café Boulud at Maison BARNES.
