Savor a curated menu of Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street recipes expertly prepared by LaBelle Winery's Executive Chef Justin Bernatchez, perfectly paired with wines hand-selected by LaBelle Winery Founder and Winemaker Amy LaBelle. Cookbooks will be available for purchase on site through Gibson's Bookstore, and you’ll have the chance to meet Christopher Kimball, get your books signed and even take a photo with him!

Christopher Kimball is a celebrated culinary innovator and the author of numerous acclaimed cookbooks, including The Cook’s Bible, The Yellow Farmhouse Cookbook, Dear Charlie and The Dessert Bible. A longtime leader in food publishing, he was inducted into the Who’s Who of Food & Beverage in America in 1996 and honored again in 2025 for his “Literary and Culinary Achievement.”
In 2016, Chris founded Milk Street, a Boston-based multimedia cooking venture spanning a TV show, magazine, radio and podcast programs, a cooking school, and a growing library of cookbooks. Milk Street is dedicated to bringing global techniques and bold, contemporary flavors into the home kitchen.
Known for his meticulous recipe testing, clear instruction and no-nonsense style, Chris has become one of the most trusted and recognizable voices in American cooking.
