An Evening with Château Lafleur is one of the rarest experiences we have ever hosted at Wally’s Santa Monica. On February 7th, 2026, guests will gather in our Private Dining Room for a four course dinner by Chef David Féau paired with a range of Bordeaux wines from the legendary Pomerol estate. Winemaker Omri Ram will lead the night from first pour to final comparison, guiding a progression that begins with Grand Village and Les Champs Libres and builds toward an extraordinary four vintage tasting of Château Lafleur’s Grand Vin. This evening offers a chance to explore benchmark wines in an intimate setting that brings the story of Lafleur to life.
