An Evening Of Paso Robles Perfection: The DAOU Vineyards Wine Dinner

Join J. Baldwin's Restaurant for an extraordinary two-part wine and culinary event featuring DAOU Vineyards, one of Paso Robles' most acclaimed wineries.

The night begins with a unique Sip & Shop Power Hour at 5:30 PM at the chic Cosign Couture. Mingle while sampling the entire DAOU portfolio alongside artisanal charcuterie, hosted by our sommelier team. Select DAOU wines will be available for purchase at both event locations.

At 6:30 PM, the experience moves to J. Baldwin's for a spectacular four-course wine dinner. The menu, led by Food Network Star Chef Gabriella Baldwin and her husband, Chef Michael Baldwin, showcases exquisite high-end proteins and seasonal ingredients, culminating in a house-made dessert by Pastry Chef Cole.

The wines are expertly paired by Certified Sommelier Jeffrey Baldwin and Brian Herbon, featuring four of DAOU's best-in-class selections.
