We are pleased to invite you to an elegant spring evening at Chimney Rock, celebrating our esteemed Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons in the company of Winemaker Elizabeth Vianna. The evening will begin with a reception featuring refined hors d’oeuvres, followed by an intimate, seated four-course dinner in our barrel room. The menu, curated by Michelin-starred Chef Rogelio Garcia, has been thoughtfully designed to complement the wines and will include a tasting of our commemorative 40th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon.
