Local Event
The night opens with a welcome cocktail and moves through five courses, each paired with a wine chosen for what it can tell you that the food alone cannot. A Loire Crémant rosé from a French house in continuous operation since 1872. A Russian River Valley Chardonnay from a Healdsburg winemaker who left Indiana and never looked back. A Pinot Noir crafted by two of Robert Mondavi's grandsons on a remote stretch of Sonoma Coast — wines that taste like where they come from, farmed with intention two miles from the Pacific. A Rutherford Cabernet sourced from one of Napa's most celebrated vineyard sites. And a Reserve Cabernet from an 1887 stone château that quietly produced the very first vintages of Beaulieu Vineyard in 1909 before sitting dormant for nearly ninety years.
The evening closes with dessert and a final pour.
Wine will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
