Chef de Cuisine Xisco Simón presents a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, where each dish is designed in harmony with the structure and nuance of the evening’s selections. Seasonal ingredients are expressed with precision and creativity, allowing each pairing to unfold with balance and careful intention.
Throughout the evening, Ridge Vineyards’ Director of Vineyard Operations, Kyle Theriot, and Western Regional Manager, Brian W. Scott, will guide guests through the winery’s history, vineyard practices, and distinctive terroir.
