For one evening only, on September 18, Navio invites guests to an immersive celebration of fine wine and culinary artistry in partnership with Vérité, one of Sonoma County’s most acclaimed estates.

French for “truth,” Vérité embodies the harmonious union of Old World winemaking expertise and exceptional New World fruit. Each wine is meticulously crafted from select vineyard parcels and thoughtfully blended to express the distinct interplay of grape variety, climate, soil, and technique. Founder and Vigneron Pierre Seillan describes this philosophy as droit du sol, or “right of the soil,” a commitment to producing wines that authentically reflect their terroir without compromise.

For the occasion, Navio Chef de Cuisine Xisco Simón has created a multi-course tasting menu that celebrates the season through refined technique and thoughtful composition. Each course has been carefully designed to complement the character and complexity of Vérité’s wines, creating a seamless dialogue between cuisine and vineyard.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided by Vérité International Brand Manager and Advanced Sommelier Trey Christy, who will share insights into the winery’s history, vineyard practices, and distinctive expressions of terroir. Set against Navio’s breathtaking oceanfront backdrop, this intimate experience offers a rare opportunity to explore the intersection of provenance-driven cuisine and one of California’s most celebrated wine estates.
