Barbera Koller of Weingut Schloss Gobelsburg, in Austria, is coming to Calgary, and we are very excited to host a one-off special winemaker dinner with her!

The vineyards at the castle date back to 1171, and we’re the lucky people to enjoy this beautiful super-premium range all closely paired with Bar Chouette’s delicious dishes, while Barbara tells us stories of the winery and the region.

We’re excited to be coming to Chef Duncan Ly’s new Bar Chouette, his new French-influenced, contemporary restaurant. He describes it as a collaboration between old-world and new-world where you can explore different tastes in a warm, and vibrant setting.
