For the third installment of The Coveted Table, we invite you to experience Amor & Amore, an extraordinary evening where the culinary traditions of Spain and Italy collide in a celebration of food, wine, passion, and a little friendly competition!

This exclusive dining experience will be led by the exceptionally talented Chef David Llauger-Meiselman, a classically trained private chef with more than 40 years of culinary experience whose remarkable career has taken him into the kitchens and dining rooms of some of the world's most influential figures.

Chef David has had the extraordinary distinction of cooking for three United States Presidents: George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton. His impressive clientele has also included Hollywood icons such as Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, and John Mayer, among others.

Having cooked extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and Mexico, Chef David has developed a deep appreciation for the art of fusion cuisine, seamlessly blending ingredients, techniques, and culinary traditions from different regions to create something truly extraordinary.

For Amor & Amore, Chef David will bring that passion to life with an imaginative multi-course tasting menu, where each dish beautifully intertwines the bold, vibrant flavors of Spain with the elegance and romance of Italian cuisine.

And for a particularly special treat, the evening's menu will feature Chef David's famous “Clinton” Seabass — a dish that was a personal favorite of President Bill Clinton himself!

And in the spirit of Election Week, we're heading to the polls! The WINE polls, that is!

 

With Election Day falling on November 3rd, we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate the democratic process than by letting our guests cast their votes in a delicious international rivalry. And this time, the only debate is over which country makes the better wine pairing!

Each course will be accompanied by TWO exceptional wines — one from Spain and one from Italy — carefully selected to complement the same dish in distinctly different ways.

After experiencing both pairings, YOU become the judge!

Guests will cast their ballots after each course, voting for the wine that creates the most extraordinary pairing. Will the passionate, expressive wines of Spain steal the spotlight? Or will the elegance, depth, and finesse of Italy win your heart?

As the evening unfolds, the ballots will be tallied, the friendly rivalry will intensify, and at the conclusion of dinner, one country will be declared the winner of Amor & Amore — earning the title of Best Wine Pairings of the Night, as voted by YOU, our guests!

For any potential Italian or Spanish guests that might attend - No arguing! (LOL).
