City Winery & American Airlines present a five-course dinner exploring the wines and cuisine of Piedmont led by the City Winery culinary team and an expert sommelier on Friday, June 20th, at 6:30pm

By many accounts, the cuisine of Piedmont is among the most refined in all of Italy. The tradition of grape-growing is also well-honed with the likes of Barolo, Barbaresco, Gavi, Dolcetto, Barbera and Sparkling Asti well established classics in a country covered in vineyards. The menu will include antipasti, fresh pastas, a traditional meat dish, and of course cheeses and dessert such as panna cotta. The culmination will come with a properly aged Barolo, wine of kings, king of wines!
