Alexander’s Steakhouse in Cupertino will host an evening with the Paul Hobbs Winery on Wednesday, March 18 beginning at 6:00 PM. Priced at $245.00 per person, guests will have the opportunity to explore world-class wines alongside an exquisite four-course tasting menu. Paul Hobbs himself will attend, sharing the stories behind each wine poured. This intimate dinner is a rare chance to engage with a leading voice in the wine world while enjoying an elevated culinary experience in an iconic steakhouse setting. The evening will begin with an Oyster and Hamachi Shot paired with a Hillick & Hobbs, Riesling, Seneca Lake, New York 2021. Next will be Hokkaido Scallops with a Paul Hobbs, Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley, Sonoma 2022 followed by Filet and Beef Cheek with a Paul Hobbs, Cabernet Sauvignon, Coombsville, Napa Valley 2022. For dessert, a Strawberry Roulade will be served.

Alexander’s is a fine dining interpretation of the modern American steakhouse with hints of Japanese influences throughout the menu. It is renowned for offering one of the largest varieties of domestic and imported Wagyu steak in the United States. Dining room highlights include a Chef's counter fronting the kitchen, a substantial bar/lounge area, and five private dining spaces including one with its own entrance and another that has patio access. There is also a glass-enclosed walk-in dry-aging room, meat display and butcher counter, plus an on-site Alexander's Patisserie with outdoor seating.
