We are deeply honored to welcome Barkha Cardoz—the founder of Cardoz Legacy and wife of the late, great chef Floyd Cardoz—into our kitchen on July 26th for an exclusive, intimate, multi-course Sindhi dinner.
This evening is a celebration of heritage. Together, Barkha and Chef Keith Sarasin of Aatma At Widowmaker have curated a menu featuring Chef Keith's expansive experience and rooted in Barkha’s Sindhi culinary traditions—a culture that continues to shape Indian cuisine today.
With several recipes hailing from Barkha’s debut cookbook and utilizing Cardoz Legacy’s signature spice blends, each course offers a story of spice, memory, and mastery.

About Cardoz Legacy: In 2019, Floyd and Barkha Cardoz started developing a line of restaurant-quality blends with the global spice company Burlap & Barrel. After chef Floyd passed away in 2020, Barkha released three blends as a tribute to his life, memory, and enduring influence. Three blends of Barkha’s own creation debuted a year later. She then published her cookbook, With Love & Masalas, which offers home cooks dynamic, accessible recipes ideal for flavorful family meals and casual celebrations, as well as an umami-packed Masala Simmer Sauce, Masala Crunch chocolate bar, and other products.
