Women For WineSense welcomes everyone who enjoys wine or is interested in learning more about it. Women, men, members, non-members, EVERYONE is invited. WineSense is a non-profit, volunteer led national organization.

The Raleigh chapter of Women for WineSense welcomes Katja Newman, CEO/Farmer’s Daughter of La Cienega Vineyard!

La Cienega is a certified sustainable, family-owned and woman-led estate located off Chalk Hill Road in Sonoma County, California's renowned Alexander Valley. Join the fun as we taste La Cienega's award-winning wines, meet Katja, and learn about her career journey as a political scientist in Washington DC to CEO of La Cienega Vineyard. Beyond the vineyard, Katja serves on the Napa/Sonoma Chapter board of Women for WineSense and founded the Ladies Roundtable, a circle of advisors with expertise in marketing, branding and wine.
