La Notte returns to Piazza di Gogo for a journey through Sicily.

For our October wine dinner, we’re welcoming Massimo Silvia, along with Jorge Nadal, CEO & Co-Founder representing Cantine Ermes Sicilia, for an intimate four-course exploration of Sicilian food and wine.

Each course has been thoughtfully selected to showcase a different expression of Sicily. We’ll begin with Busiate al Pesto Trapanese paired with Catarratto and Viognier, travel to the Sicilian coast for swordfish paired with Pinot Noir, then move into Nero d’Avola alongside Sicilian sausage and rosemary potatoes before finishing with cannolo, pistachio and dark chocolate paired with an Appassimento Nero d’Avola.

Throughout the evening, Massimo and Jorge will guide us through the wines, the pairings, and the stories behind Cantine Ermes and Sicilian winemaking.

With just 24 seats available, La Notte is designed to be an intimate evening of food, wine, storytelling and conversation around the table.
