This educational dinner experience invites you to savor the flavors of Italy through a thoughtfully crafted meal inspired by classic Italian cuisine, paired with an immersive olive oil tasting and learning experience.
Throughout the evening, you will taste the olive oils used in each course and gain a deeper understanding of how they are made, how to cook with them, and how to elevate everyday meals by simply incorporating high-quality, extra-virgin olive oil.
This course is led by Emily Lycopolus, book author and olive oil sommelier, who will guide you through each dish, sharing culinary techniques, pairing insights, and practical tips you can take home.
