Delight in the exploration of new concepts in mushroom farm-to-table cuisine at a formal tea party pop-up. Hudson Valley-based Four Wall Farm and its Test Kitchen is preparing a food adventure for you and your loved one(s). Enjoy whimsical tea towers and fine china at a light repast featuring mushroom teas, sandwiches, scones and desserts. Delight in different and unexpected flavors and textures of gourmet mushrooms at charming Caked-Up Café.

Tea (for two) Includes:

• chesnut mushroom pate sandwichs
• Lion's Mane empadas
• Mushroom "caviar” two ways (served with blini & crème fraiche)
• sweet scones (served with oyster mushroom caramel)
• savory scones (served with artisanal butter)
• decadent mushroom desserts
• 2 lion’s mane mushroom teas of your choice
• A sample of our new Chocolate Mushroom Elixir

· Hot Chocolate Service: Four Wall Farm’s chocolate & mushroom elixir. 3 organic cacaos and 4 organic mushroom extracts make this deeply chocolatey drink, reminiscent of Belgian hot chocolate, a luxurious experience. Add sweetener to taste, cream & whipped cream as preferred.

· Iced Playful Lion Fizzy: this fruity and tart, refreshing drink is made bubbly with soda water from Brooklyn Boys Seltzer – one of the last 3 seltzer companies in the country.

Caked Up café is a beautiful, cozy, intimate setting, with fewer than 30 seats available. This gives us the ability to craft a beautiful and relaxing tea party experience during each 75 minute seating. We appreciate your being mindful of time constraints as we try to host all guests on a timely basis. Reservations can be made for as long as seating is available, or until the event starts. If any seats remain, they will be filled on a first come first served basis. Cancellations with a refund are available until midnight on February 9th.
