Local Event
This dinner will be served in the Clear Mountain Room near the pizza garden (park in the west lot closer to Altamont, unless there is an abundance of snow - stay tuned for details)
ILFCB will be open throughout the evening for beverage purchases (Beer, Wine, and Cider). There will be suggested pairings for each course.
Drinks and graze 6 - 6:30pm. First course served at 6:30.

Charcoal infused black focaccia with whipped “Tofu Gorgionzola”, and rosemary roasted oyster mushrooms
Mushroom-Cider Fondue
With crusty bread, little potatoes, apple wedges for dipping
Chestnut Mushroom Ceviche, dressed with lime, blood orange, EVOO, serrano chile, Campari tomato, roasted garnet yam
4 cheese stuffed Crimini mushroom, umami bomb mushroom jam
Lion’s Mane Tagine, chick peas, roasted pepper, Ras el hanout, prunes, Moroccan olives, harissa
Sesame Grilled King Oyster Steak
Braised daikon, Sweet chile grilled Shanghai bok choi, roasted onion-sauce
Dessert
Mushroom-Chile dusted bittersweet chocolate goat cheese truffles with concentrated cider sauce
