Join us Saturday, October 24, for A Maryland Harvest Experience, an intimate afternoon celebrating harvest season, wine, food, and the beauty of Maryland wine country.

Your experience begins in Camp Springs, Maryland, where guests will board private transportation to Dale Vineyard in Frederick County. A glass of Crémant d’Alsace will be served during the ride as we make our way to the vineyard.

Once we arrive, guests will have an opportunity to walk the vineyard, enjoy the scenery between the vines, and experience harvest season firsthand before sitting down for an intimate five-course dinner.

Our harvest-inspired menu brings together seasonal ingredients, seafood, Mediterranean influence, and wines selected to complement each course.

Oyster Amuse
A fresh oyster to welcome you to the table, paired with Champagne.

Seared Scallop
Cauliflower purée, crispy pancetta, brown butter, and lemon.
Paired with Blanc de Blancs Champagne.

Braised Short Rib Raviolo
Red wine jus, Parmesan, and fresh herbs.
Paired with Cabernet Franc.

Poached Sea Bass
Mâche, fennel, fingerling potatoes, citrus, herbs, and lemon beurre blanc.
Paired with Le Quatrième by Fatherhood Wines.

Dark Chocolate Crémeux
Salted caramel, hazelnut praline, and blackberry.
Paired with Jaden Pét-Nat Cabernet Franc by Fatherhood Wines.

The afternoon will conclude with a Champagne toast at sunset before transportation returns guests to Camp Springs.

This is more than dinner. It is an opportunity to experience the vineyard during one of the most important moments of the wine year—harvest—while enjoying thoughtful food, wine, conversation, and an afternoon between the vines.
