Tobalá welcomes Graciela Ángeles Carreño, the force behind Real Minero, one of the most respected mezcal families in Oaxaca, for an intimate evening in Riverdale. She's coming to New York to formally introduce her daughter Ximena into the family business and the legacy they've built together in Santa Catarina Minas.

This is a conversation about mezcal, terroir, and why protecting an ancient process still matters.

A seated family-style dinner by Chef Moisés Lopez, composed around the spirit, and a toast to Ximena.
