Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the wines of Chappellet Winery, one of Napa Valley’s most respected family-owned estates perched high on the famed slopes of Pritchard Hill.
This special five-course wine dinner is inspired by the rustic elegance of the early Napa Valley cuisine of Sally Schmitt, who opened The French Laundry in 1978—long before it became the world-renowned Michelin-starred restaurant it is today.
Chef Schmitt’s cooking celebrated simple techniques, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful pairings with Napa Valley wines. Our culinary team has created a menu reflecting that same philosophy, pairing each course with exceptional wines from Chappellet.
The evening will culminate with a special side-by-side tasting of two remarkable Cabernets: Chappellet Signature Cabernet Sauvignon and the legendary Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon.
