Join us Saturday, May 12th as we team up with The Culinary Institute of America for a very special Cider Pairing Dinner: Foraged
The Culinary Institute of America graduate, Lecturing Instructor and Chef, Brian Kaywork, will be creating an exquisite four-course dinner utilizing foraged items from our very own Hudson Valley’s bounty. Each course has been thoughtfully selected and paired with one of our ciders that were created here at our orchard in Walden, NY. Hear from Chef Kaywork and Angry Orchard Head Cider Maker, Ryan Burk, as they describe the intention behind each pairing and highlight their passion for regional food and drink. Kaywork is known for his conscious plates at The CIA’s farm-to-table restaurant, American Bounty, which offers contemporary and traditional dishes brought to life through fresh and local foods.
