9th Annual Blues, Brews & BBQ - Alameda

Celebrate the 9th Annual Blues, Brews & BBQ on Sunday, Sept. 20, from noon to 6 p.m. at Washington Park (740 Central Ave.) in Alameda. Presented by the West End Arts District, this free, family-friendly festival features an outstanding lineup of live blues performers, including Chris Cain, Terrie Odabi and the Aki Kumar Blues Jam with Friends featuring Jules Leyhe and Marina Crouse.

Enjoy mouthwatering barbecue, regional craft beer, local artisan vendors and a Family Zone filled with interactive music and art activities for children. Set against the scenic San Francisco Bay shoreline, Blues, Brews & BBQ offers something for everyone while supporting local arts and culture. Bring your family, friends, lawn chairs and blankets for an afternoon of great music, delicious food and community fun. Admission is free with RSVP.
