• “Papo Secos” Portuguese Bishop Rolls with Smoked Paprika Butter
• Rissóis de Camarão y Caranguejo Golden Shrimp and Crab Turnovers, Shaved Carrot-Arugula Salad, Indian-Spiced Cilantro-Lemon Yogurt | Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive July Wine of the Month: Vinho Verde
• Frango de Churrasco Grilled Half-Chicken with Piri Piri Sauce, Pilau Rice, Zucchini, Sweet Pepper & Spinach Cozido | Paired with Tempranillo
• Pastéis de Nata de Chocolate Chocolate Custard Tart, Fresh Raspberries, Grand Marnier & Coffee Crema | Paired with Nightjar

Note: Additional drinks or cocktails not on the event menu may be purchased. Wine pairings may be substituted with select wines on our wine list.

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Sunday, July 12 @ 5:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.
