5 Sentidos X Bar Sótano Bottle Release With Mezcalero Eduardo Pérez Cortéz

We are beyond hyped to announce a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration with Eduardo "Lalo" Pérez Cortéz of 5 Sentidos. Lalo's father is mezcalero Tio Tello. Lalo is the youngest son and now does the majority of the work, distilling batches from his father’s agave for his father and his own agave for his own batches, which tend to be proofed slightly higher.

To celebrate, Jackie Hernandez and our acclaimed culinary team are going all out and crafting a 4-course tasting menu with mezcal pairings done by Julianna Arquilla and Lanie Bayless.
