Join us for a special evening of thoughtfully paired food and wine at Michigan by the Bottle – Royal Oak.
For this intimate five-course wine dinner, we’re welcoming Brian Lillie and Hailey Green of Chateau Chantal, who will guide guests through a curated selection of wines while sharing stories from the vineyard and insights into the winemaking.
The evening’s menu has been created in partnership with Wooden Whisk Creations, with each course thoughtfully designed to highlight and complement the character of the wine it accompanies. Together, the dishes and wines create a dining experience where the flavors on the plate and in the glass elevate one another.
