Join us at Adelina for a one-night-only Italia vs. America Wine Dinner—a five-course culinary experience paired with eight exceptional wines, featuring both Old World and New World expressions side by side. Throughout the evening, each of the first four courses will be presented with two curated pairings: one Italian and one American, allowing guests to taste, compare, and ultimately decide their favorite.

This interactive format transforms the traditional wine dinner into an engaging experience, where guests will vote course by course to determine which country takes the lead.

Curated by our culinary team, the menu highlights Adelina’s signature approach—refined, seasonal, and rooted in Italian-Mediterranean influence.
