We are very excited to announce a new venue AND the return of spirit dinners! We are thrilled to partner with Baja Rick's Cantina in Downtown San Diego. Situated across from the convention center, this venue provides a beautiful outdoor seating environment, with the ability to move indoors, if needed. We've ensured our schedule does not coincide with any big conventions nor Padres games and have scheduled the start time to allow guests to utilize metered parking. This new partnership will allow us to bring back spirit dinners!
For our next spirit dinner, we will feature exceptional whiskeys from Beam-Suntory. These distinctive selections will be presented by whiskey expert and brand ambassador, Kevin Aarestad. Chef Erin has crafted an exceptional seasonal pairing menu with to accentuate each selection. Suntory Global Spirits encompasses some of the most historic and group breaking whiskey brands available. We'll be featuring some unique selections from some well-known brands along with some very hard to find/allocated pours. If you are a bourbon or whiskey fan, you won't want to miss this exceptional way to start a holiday weekend! All of the selections will be available for purchase at the end of the evening! Expect a very fun evening of whiskey and food conversation from both Kevin and Chef Erin. Seating is limited for this event, please see below for reservations.

Each selection will be paired with its own tequila inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with spirits, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each selection is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each spirit. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each tequila. With a passion for food, wine and spirits, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
