Experience a 900 year old tradition at New Clairvaux Vineyard's 20th Annual Blessing of the Grapes on Saturday, August, 1 2026.
Held on the grounds of the historic Abbey of New Clairvaux in Vina, this beloved community celebration begins with the Monks Market at 9:00 AM, featuring monk-made goods, local agricultural vendors, and artisans. At 10:30 AM, the Trappist-Cistercian monks of the Abbey of New Clairvaux will perform the traditional Blessing of the Grapes, offering prayers for the fruits of the harvest, the laborers, and community. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy wine tasting, mobile catering, tours, shopping, and more from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
There is no cost to attend the event. Wine tasting is available for a small tasting fee and includes a commemorative stemless wine glass available exclusively at this event.
